1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Access to certain features requires registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep this information updated. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at help@jusnador.com if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach involving your account.

3.3 Account Restrictions

You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account to another party. Each account is intended for individual or single-entity use unless a multi-seat license has been explicitly granted.

4. Description of Services

Jusnador provides software-as-a-service tools focused on chatbot analytics and performance monitoring. Our platform enables users to track, evaluate, and optimize conversational AI systems across various deployment environments. Specific features, availability, and service tiers are described within the platform and may change over time with or without prior notice.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

• Monitoring and analyzing chatbot interactions within your own systems or those you are authorized to manage.
• Generating reports and insights for internal business purposes.
• Integrating our services with authorized third-party tools via supported APIs.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the service to collect, process, or store data without appropriate authorization from the data subjects.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the service.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform using automated means without express written permission.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the service without authorization.
• Using the service to harass, harm, or infringe upon the rights of others.
• Circumventing any technical measures designed to protect the service or its users.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

All content, software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and documentation associated with Jusnador are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over our intellectual property.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload or submit through the platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and use that content solely for the purpose of delivering the services to you.

7.3 Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide to us may be used by Jusnador without restriction or compensation. Such submissions do not create any obligation on our part.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you process through our platform complies with applicable data protection obligations, including obtaining necessary consents from end users whose data may be analyzed.

9. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

9.1 Fees

Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. All fees are described at the point of purchase and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected at signup. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method at each renewal period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

9.3 Refunds

All fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at help@jusnador.com within 14 days of the charge.

9.4 Taxes

Quoted prices may exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service, except for taxes on our net income.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions or changes.

11. Third-Party Integrations

The platform may support integrations with third-party services. Your use of such integrations is governed by the terms of those third parties. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party services, and any issues arising from their use must be resolved directly with those providers.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jusnador and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jusnador and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

15.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account cancellation process within the platform or by contacting us at help@jusnador.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

15.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall remain in effect.

16. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved through applicable legal proceedings. These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jusnador regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
